Our Story

Dianna Old founded The Rae Group in 1995. The firm was established to assist top executives and other leaders with the daunting task of transforming their strategies into viable enterprises. During the development of the practice between 1984 and 1994, Dianna began to notice distinctly different results coming from the efforts undertaken by herself and the CEOs with whom she created strategic change partnerships. The entities that resulted operated on principles that were fundamentally different than most contemporary organizations. Radically different thinking and behavior led to exceptional performance. The principles upon which these successful initiatives were based are embodied today in The Rae Group's Foundations for Change®.

Our consultants are all former organization leaders who have led these initiatives during the course of their careers.
