Dianna Old is Founder and President of The Rae Group Inc. With almost thirty years of experience as a change practitioner guiding personal and organizational transformation, Dianna is responsible for breakthrough techniques used successfully to implement the strategies of senior executives launching major change initiatives in leading corporations. She has a graduate degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. Prior to forming The Rae Group, Dianna was with Block, Petrella, Weisbord, Inc., a leading organization development firm in the U.S.; and formerly held a leadership position with The University of Michigan Medical Center. In the consulting industry, Dianna's clients credit her with a new approach to leadership and change that has altered the way they approach their leadership task; and, has transformed the nature, culture, operating methods, capability and performance of their organizations. As developer of The Rae Group's change method, the firm’s solid track record represents her years of successful strategic change partnerships with Presidents and CEOs in the finance, manufacturing, health care, insurance, oil, consumer, service, and technology industries. In the year 2000, Dianna expanded the firm's reach to communities and their leaders and began utilizing the change method in this complex environment. Dianna's interest remains in partnering with leaders in settings where significant change is needed.

David Fagiano is the former President and CEO of American Management Association International. During his tenure he grew AMAI into the largest management training organization in the world. Revenues nearly tripled, growing 280% while profitability increased ten-fold. This profitability increase occurred in spite of creating a self-funded start-up in North America and a global expansion that saw the opening of operations in Japan, China, Pakistan, and Argentina. This transformation spanned several years and included a radical change in strategy, structure, culture, and systems. Fagiano has vast international experience and an extensive background in publishing, having been the President of a publishing firm in Boston. He is an acknowledged expert in both the consumer and business-to-business direct marketing industries.

Jack Lousma is an aerospace engineer, former career military officer/fighter pilot and former astronaut with over thirty years of experience in leadership, business start-up, and the development of innovative high technology products and systems. As an entrepreneur the past fifteen years, Lousma was founding President and CEO of a global information technology network (CIESIN), co-founder of AeroSport, Inc., a now profitable company producing an innovative electronic device for the medical and fitness industries. He is currently President of an early-stage company that recently commercialized and is manufacturing a new dental instrument. Not only did he pioneer these endeavors, leading start-up teams through product development, regulatory approval and production, he worked with funding agencies and investors to secure the financing for these companies. He serves on the Board of Directors for numerous organizations including a Regional Bank, and is Adjunct Professor, Department of Aerospace Engineering, The University of Michigan.

John O'Green is the former President and CEO of VW Credit, Inc., a virtual start-up he created for the parent company, Volkswagen of America. During his tenure the receivable base grew from $100 million to $3 billion while the company experienced consistent profitability. To create further growth, however, John had to shift his strategy. This necessitated a total restructuring and redesign of the finance company, including new processes, systems, technological applications, and signifcant changes in organization culture. Based on success with VW Credit, Inc., John was asked to take the lead position in a radical redesign of the parent company. He aligned the organization around a new field-based design that integrated core process delivery systems with essential support functions. Key to the company's success was a new process he created for generating strategic options, marketing and communication alternatives, and new product launches, including the new VW Beetle.

David Naczycz is a former Vice President of AIESEC U.S.Inc., an international student exchange organization. During his professional career, the AIESEC U.S. organization underwent a complete transformation changing it from an Association to a Not-for-Profit Business. David provided significant leadership during the transformation which involved a new strategic direction, a new business model, new leadership, a change in culture, and creation of global business ventures, structures and processes. These changes established a new national and global presence expanding the volume of business 300%, resulting in more positive experiences for customers as well as the workforce. David joined The Rae Group in 2000. While he will consult to organizations, David's primary focus is on helping cities and regions to plan and execute change initiatives aimed at future viability and operating more effectively for their residents. As Director of The Rae Group's community-oriented practice area, he applies and extends the firm's unique change methodology to these clients. David contributed to The Rae Group's project with Flint/Genesee County to develop and pursue a strategy that helped the region to transform, work more effectively together, and create a prosperous future. Prior to joining The Rae Group, David worked with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting to start up their Caracas, Venezuela office. He also has extensive experience in training design and delivery to audiences of all sizes and cultures. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is currently completing a Masters degree in Organization Development at Pepperdine University.

Scott Tworek works with clients on organization transformation, leadership development, business process design, and team building. Clients with whom Scott has consulted include Virgin Atlantic Airways, ADESA Corporation, The Community Foundation of Greater Flint, MI, and AIESEC United States. Prior to consulting, Scott worked with Motorola in their semiconductor business where he led change in their international rotation programs, and managed executive education and professional development initiatives. His clients span all sectors; however, his focus is on working with for-profit corporations. Having lived in Brazil and Argentina, Scott speaks the languages of both countries and is experienced working in and with other cultures. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.

Suzanne Moyer is an entrepreneur and former non-profit executive with experience in international business development and organization transformation. As President of AIESEC United States Inc., she oversaw the launch of a new business model and expansion of AIESEC’s customer base into new sectors and regions of the world. Her leadership roles involved working in more than 15 countries and included private corporations, universities, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities. In addition to her executive leadership and change experience, she has extensive experience in financial system design and implementation. Prior to joining The Rae Group, Suzanne oversaw the startup of the US operations of a European trade company and was involved in the creation of a venture-capital firm focused on entrepreneurial ventures in emerging economies. She speaks fluent French and conversational Arabic and is a published author on business and development in the Middle East. Suzanne was recently awarded a Fulbright grant to research the impact of the globalization of Moroccan economic policy on the management competencies required of Moroccan entrepreneurs and executives.
